Our Intern-to-Full-Time Employee Highlight of the Week is Brittany Haman!
Brittany first joined KLN in the summer of 2022 as a Talent Management Intern, where she quickly discovered the culture was something special, she hoped to find her way back to KLN after graduation. That opportunity came when she reconnected with the talent acquisition team and returned to KLN as a full time Recruiting Assistant.
Now part of our People Operations team, Brittany supports hiring across the organization while also leading our internship program, making this journey a true full-circle moment. From researching internship programs during her own internship to now continuously improving KLN’s program, she’s helping shape the experience for future interns.
