This week, KLN had the opportunity to connect with so many incredible students at the Menahga Career Fair! We loved sharing more about who we are, exploring future career possibilities, and showing them the many paths a career with KLN can take.
From conversations about potential opportunities to tasting our Wiley Wallaby licorice and Sweet Chaos popcorn, the energy and curiosity these students brought was truly inspiring.

We’re so proud of Alex for choosing selfless service for his 8th grade Exploratory Day!🐾
Out of options like bowling, gymnastics, and painting, Alex chose to spend his day volunteering at the DL Humane Society, showing a heart for animals and a commitment to giving back to the community.
To help support his visit, KLN happily donated 4 bags of dog treats and 4 bags of cat treats for Alex to bring along for his visit🐶🐱

Our Intern-to-Full-Time-Employee Highlight of the Week is Mallory Belka!
Mallory is a 2022 Perham graduate who worked as an intern in Marketing Research. She now works as a Territory Sales Manager in Oklahoma and Texas.
Mallory’s intern role was mainly focused on collecting and analyzing data, conducting market research, and helping her team understand customer trends and market insights. She now gets to be more client-focused and results-driven. Although her internship role was different from her current position, she still uses the marketing knowledge and analytical skills she gained during her time as a KLN intern.
Mallory believes that when it comes to genuinely welcoming people and living out core values, KLN stands out from other companies. She shares that their values are more than just words on a wall, they are actions you see in day-to-day operations. Mallory is happy to be part of a company that makes new hires feel included, prepared, and comfortable in their roles.
