Across most cultures one thing always seems to bring people together: food. We celebrate our employees often, and we wouldn’t want it any other way! Four times throughout the year we have employee appreciation meals. Every meal is different. Sometimes it’s a food truck and other times it’s catered from a restaurant in Perham. Folks at Kenny’s Candy even had a cook-out in June. It’s not about the food though, it’s about recognizing the hard work our employees put in every day and the passion they bring to the company.
