The end of July will always hold a special place in our hearts. We remember the first-generation of KLN Family Brands, Darrell “Tuffy” Nelson. Now, in its 38th year, the Tuffy Nelson Memorial Golf Classic brings together an amazing group of people to raise awareness, and funds, in the fight against cancer. No ifs, ands, or putts about it we truly have some of the best supporters! Every year the classic has grown in size and this year 400+ golfers hit the links.
Since its inception the tournament has raised over $1.5 Million for great causes and commitments to making the world a better place. This year’s proceeds will go to five charities that help fight cancer & support families of cancer patients (Roger Maris Cancer Center, Pinky Swear Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society LLS, American Cancer Society, and Brave like Gabe). The golf outing also benefits Make-A-Wish Minnesota, an organization that grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
