Do you remember the excitement as a child on Christmas morning? Waiting anxiously to unwrap the gifts under the tree and see if the items on your list to Santa were delivered? In a lot of ways, that same joy and excitement is what our employees experience on the days profit-sharing checks are delivered. So, today is like Christmas, but instead of 1 day the joy is shared four days throughout the year when profit-sharing checks are handed out.
We are well on our way to having another record-setting year of profit-sharing! Last year we set a record, with employees getting their slice of $5 Million in profit-sharing for 2022.
All of this would be impossible without the generosity of Ownership and most certainly our amazing employees. So, give yourself all a pat on the back for knocking another quarter out of the ballpark!
