Mary grew up in Rockford, Illinois, and graduated from Iowa State University in the spring of 2026 with a bachelor's degree in animal science and a minor in psychology.
This summer, she was the Tuffy's team R&D Formulation Intern, where she combined her passion for pet nutrition with hands-on product development experience.
In the fall, she'll return to Ames to pursue her master's degree in companion animal nutrition.

Originally from Bangalore, India, and now living in Medina, Minnesota, Soumya is heading into her senior year at the University of Minnesota studying Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Yesterday we celebrated our Dream Manager Cohort 3 and we couldn't be more proud! 🌟
Over the past year, these team members have dedicated time each month to invest in themselves, strengthen their goal-setting skills, and ask an important question: "Am I living the life I want?"
