Originally from Bangalore, India, and now living in Medina, Minnesota, Soumya is heading into her senior year at the University of Minnesota studying Industrial and Systems Engineering.
She chose KLN for its people-first culture and enjoys spending her free time creating art, leading her university's fusion dance team, and dreaming of future trips to fashion capitals around the world.

Yesterday we celebrated our Dream Manager Cohort 3 and we couldn't be more proud! 🌟
Over the past year, these team members have dedicated time each month to invest in themselves, strengthen their goal-setting skills, and ask an important question: "Am I living the life I want?"
Dreams looked different for everyone. Some wanted to discover new hobbies or finally dip their toes in the sand. Some wanted to improve relationships. Others worked toward becoming homeowners or paying off debt. Every goal mattered, and every step forward was worth celebrating.
